Happening at BOES

You are invited to a performance by our 4th and 5th grade students on Thursday, February 26th, 2026 at 6:00 PM. Entitled "The Heart of RVA: Celebrating Legends of Richmond", and under the direction of our music teacher Mrs. Wilborn, this performance will celebrate the contributions and accomplishments of black leaders who helped shape Richmond and its history. We hope to see you there!

February 9-13th is RPS Kindness Week! Each day next week, we are asking our BOES stars to wear a different color to show that we are committed to being kind. Let’s start the week off right by wearing green on Monday, and show off just how kind we can be, Barack Obama Stars! Make sure to click the headline above to see the colors for the rest of the week.

Mark your calendars for the RPS Fine Arts Festival which will be held on March 14th from 10AM-4PM at Huguenot High School. Mrs. Bahari will be notifying you soon if your child's artwork has been chosen for the festival. Everyone is invited to check out the amazing talents of students from all across the district, and feel free to drop by any time that day!
