School Counseling Brochure with Opt Out Form

The 2022-2023 RPS School Counseling Brochure contains information about the counseling services that are available to your child at their school. It also contains information about the mission statement of the RPS counseling department, resources for parents and children, and information about confidentiality and the disclosure of information. 

As a parent, you have the choice to opt your child out of the counseling program if you desire. If this is a choice you would like to make, you must fill out the Opt-Out form that can be found here.
