Media Specialist

 

Ms. Bruner has worked at Barack Obama Elementary since 2005, teaching both second and third grades, and this is her tenth year serving as the school Library Media Specialist.  In her spare time, she likes to read (of course!), see live music, bake, and sleep!  Her favorite children's books of all time include The Bridge to Terabithia by Katherine Paterson, The One and Only Ivan by Katherine Applegate, and A Wrinkle in Time by Madeleine L'Engle.
