Good morning, Obama Community,


Please see below for updates on the status of progress with the building.


FACILITIES

  • Air Quality: Room 304 and the office have been officially cleared based on our most recent air quality tests. Official results will be shared as soon as they are received.

  • Building Environment:

    • Humidity: Levels are stable, ranging between 42% and 57%.

    • Temperature: Internal temperatures range between 70° and 74°. 

      • To help maintain these temperatures, we are asking teachers to keep the blinds lowered.

  • Restrooms: Single-user bathrooms remain closed with water supply shut off to prevent active leaks. Entrances are blocked to prevent access to these facilities, as we continue maintenance. 

TRANSPORTATION

  • Wednesday: No changes for central Pine Camp operations.

  • Thursday: Return to regular bus routes for the start of school at Barack Obama Elementary School.

    • For families who have previously registered, Parks & Recs will be available for after-school programming.
